We advise small cap and growth companies on all areas of corporate finance. We support our clients with a full range of expertise and services covering IPOs, M&A transactions, UK Takeover Code and secondary placings, as well as ongoing regulatory advice on a day-to-day basis. We are an AIM nominated adviser, broker and Aquis Corporate Adviser. We currently act as adviser and/or broker to over 50 companies which are quoted on AIM, the Main Market or Aquis Exchange.

We have a dedicated Equity Sales team who have a broad reach across the investment community, from large institutions to high-net-worth individuals. Our sales team works closely with corporate clients and investors alike to build long-term relationships. Regular engagement with the investment community allows us to promote opportunities to investors and to support the capital requirements of our corporate clients via IPOs, placings and secondary fundraisings.

Our team of analysts are experts in their respective fields and are regularly in contact with both companies and investors. Our widely available research product increases investor awareness, building a deep understanding of the companies and industries we follow.

We provide private companies with strategic advice and work alongside management teams to source the right type of funding from the right partners. We have access to a broad range of investors who back private companies at all stages of the corporate lifecycle, from venture capital to private equity and pre-IPO. We also have strong relationships with providers of debt to public and private businesses.
